Chiang Mai

We are in Chiang Mai – a lovely city in northern Thailand. The atmosphere here is so cute! Beautiful channels with fountains, nice parks — ideal for romantic evenings. And the river, that flows through the city has a name which is so dear for every techie. It is called Ping.

The mountains that surround the city remind me of Kabul. This is a view from our guesthouse:

Amount of tasty street food is overwhelming. Even shocking. The duration of your visa won’t be enough to try everything. However, if you see a sign “Arabic coffee”, don’t believe your eyes – it’s a hallucination. They simply serve some kind of a terrible Western Espresso. For Arabic coffee you need to go to Malaysia.
